CNIL.Newsletters and marketing emails :For those of you that have expressly opted in to receive our Softcodes newsletters, you are easily able to unsubscribe by following the “unsubscribe”links included in every email sent.Testimonials :Softcodes publishes a list of Customers &Testimonials on its sites with information on our customers’ names and job titles. Softcodes undertakes to obtain the authorization of every customer before publishing any testimonial on its websites.If you wish to be removed from this list, you can send us an email to mathys@softcodes.io and we will delete your information promptly.Third party data :In the context of using our services, namely generate code snippets and help developers in their daily missions thanks to AI, Softcodes has access to the information contained in the responses you create in your account, as well as the question and response that you send out via our services.This data is stored on secure servers and only a limited number of people are authorized to access your data, in particular for the purpose of providing support services.In no case does Softcodes sell, share or rent out your data to third parties, nor does it use them for any purposes other than those set forth in this policy.
